To begin using synchronization, you must first connect your CRMconnect your CRM to the sync feature using your specific credentials. Unaric Sidebar supports three primary types of synchronization:
Keeps your Outlook messages and CRM records aligned. You can define specific sync rules based on conditions like the sender, subject line, or CC recipients.
