Calendar Sync
enable calendar sync to keep events synchronized between the crm and the outlook calendar as part of this configuration, you can select which events to synchronize enable calendar sync open an email or calendar event and open the unaric sidebar connector click the menu icon and select auto sync click on other tools > automatic sync from the connector sidebar the automatic sync page will open in a new tab in the connections tab, click on the calendar tab under calendar server details , choose a provider from the dropdown list and click connect you will either be asked to manually enter the provider details or be re directed to their page to complete the connection by providing the required permissions a connected connected sign will let you know if successfully connected the sync calendar now button will be displayed if you wish to immediately start the sync process some crm systems require providing a custom url if so, select the custom url checkbox (if shown) and enter your custom url if you are unsure, leave it blank and continue automatic calendar sync on the automatic sync page, navigate to connections > calendar tab check enable automatic calendar sync to automate synchronization remove duplicates in case there are duplicate events between platforms, you can run a duplication clean up that will remove duplicate events on the automatic sync page, navigate to connections > calendar tab open the dropdown menu next to sync calendar now and select run duplicate cleanup click yes to confirm reset calendar sync on the automatic sync page, navigate to connections > calendar tab open the dropdown menu next to sync calendar now and select reset calendar sync click yes to confirm sync settings once calendar synchronization has been enabled, you can adjust synchronization to your preference you will find settings in the automatic sync page, at the sync settings > calendar tab after finishing changing settings, click save settings to apply changes setting description options sync record option determines which calendar events are synchronized sync related calendar records only events with invitees are synced sync all all events are synced sync direction controls the direction of synchronization between crm and calendar one way (calendar to crm) one way (crm to calendar) two way (google, outlook, office 365 only) sync invitees enables syncing of invitee information from crm to calendar checkbox email invitations / updates defines how email invitations and updates are handled when syncing from the calendar never always after first sync global settings apply to all users, but sync profiles can be assigned individually as such, after saving settings, each user need to access automatic sync from their outlook and setup their credentials
