text and screenshots may come from any of the supported crm, please note that features, navigation and connector design is almost standard across all the connectors 1\ installation there are 2 ways to get the connector, from the get add in on outlook email or download from microsoft appsource choose the link for your crm in the microsoft appsource page and click the get it now button crm appsource link ienterprise crm link https //appsource microsoft com/en us/product/office/wa200002282?tab=overview salesforce com link microsoft dynamics crm link https //appsource microsoft com/en us/product/office/wa200002353?tab=overview zoho crm link https //appsource microsoft com/en us/product/office/wa200004012?tab=overview netsuite link https //appsource microsoft com/en us/product/office/wa200003789?tab=overview monday com link hubspot crm link https //appsource microsoft com/en us/product/office/wa200007332?tab=overview open the outlook desktop application or web version and navigate to your mailbox on the left navigation bar , click the more apps icon select add apps this will open the apps menu search for the app for your crm for example, salesforce connector is for salesforce select the app for your specific crm and click add you will be re directed to your crm to connect and fill in setup details complete these to finish setup the email connector for your crm is now added to your outlook 2\ login in outlook, open the unaric sidebar connector located at the toolbar click the connect button the login screen for your crm will open enter your crm account credentials (username and password) for salesforce, you will be asked to provide the login url you use for your org e g https //login salesforce com/ https //login salesforce com/?locale=mx for dynamics 365 connector, provide your dynamics 365 url this is the url shown after logging e g https //org1234567 crm dynamics com/ https //org1234567 crm dynamics com/ grant unaric sidebar access to your account to finish allow pop ups in your browser if you don't see any login screens 3\ installation testing to test that the installation has been successful, visit outlook and open an email sender details will display if they are already a contact/lead in your crm or if there is an open opportunity/case and other related objects for this sender, they will also be displayed open the contact/leads forms to see more details directly from your mailbox next steps a 7 day free trial is initially offered upon installation once the trial period ends, you can use unaric sidebar free version with limited features or keep using all the features with a subscription for more information, see license & subscription docid\ tqua0d5nuf4vtbsl3agl need admin approval? if you see the need admin approval message when trying to install unaric sidebar, it means apps installation is blocked within outlook/outlook 365 ad adminstrator must change installation permissions for users sign into your office 365 administrator account click settings > org settings in the user consent to apps section, ensure checkbox is ticked click save changes this will prompt users and confirm that they want to grant access to the permissions across all microsoft add ins if that level of access is not desired, a workflow can be setup to allow administrators to approve requests using the “admin consent workflow” for information on configuring that workflow, please see microsoft's help page configure the admin consent workflow microsoft entra further information on managing consent within outlook is available via microsoft here manage consent to applications and evaluate consent requests microsoft entra reference for connectors uninstall open outlook and click get add in select my add ins select and open the specific crm connector click on the ellipsis menu and select remove reload your mailbox the ienterprise email connector for outlook and your crm is removed
