Calendar Panel
The Connector panel is located on the right side of the screen of the Outlook Calendar, when you open a calendar event. An event must be selected to read details from your CRM such as Invitee details and related information such as Opportunities, cases and other objects.
Invite CRM attendees
- Navigate to the Outlook calendar.
- Open an existing event or create a new one.
- Open the Unaric Sidebar connector. By default, you will find it on the Action bar > More Options.
- The sidebar will open. To choose attendees, select Required or Optional depending on their meeting requirement.
- Complete the event and send invitations to finish.
