Unaric Sidebar is an Outlook add-in that allows you to automatically sync Outlook emails and calendar events information with CRM objects, such as Contacts and Leads, directly from your inbox.

Unaric Sidebar's legacy name is iEnterprises. You may encounter both names in this documentation and while using the application.

In this documentation, text and screenshots may come from any of the supported CRMs. However, features, navigation, and design remain consistent across all the connectors.

Use cases

A sales professional receives an email from a new lead or an existing contact. They can immediately view all relevant CRM details about the sender directly inside Outlook. With a single click, they can instantly save the email message to their CRM.

Unaric Sidebar can also track entire email threads, ensuring all replies are automatically synced and saved under a selected opportunity. If a referral comes in for someone not yet in the CRM, Unaric Sidebar can automatically create a new lead using a combination of ChatGPT AI, social media insights, and email data, all without the user having to leave Outlook.

When a customer emails with a support question, a support agent can create a new case in their CRM directly from Unaric Sidebar in Outlook. The email content and any attachments are automatically added to the case, and it is instantly assigned to the right team member, allowing for swift and organized customer service.

For scheduled meetings, users can open an Outlook meeting invite, view up-to-date customer details for the attendees, and save the meeting directly to their CRM. Furthermore, unlike many other tools, this CRM integration for Outlook works seamlessly on mobile devices. This means a user away from their desk can open the Outlook app on their phone, tap Unaric Sidebar icon, log a message to their CRM, use ChatGPT to research a lead, and follow up with a call or reply.
