View Sender on CRM

if the sender is a contact or lead on crm, you can directly access that record from your mailbox on outlook, open an email if the email address of the sender is found on your crm, some information is displayed on the sidebar related items or records such as activities will be displayed click open lead or open contact to view more details on the sidebar click open in fullscreen to open the contact/lead record on your crm you will be asked to log in to your crm, if not already if the sender has accounts on social media or other digital platforms such as facebook or linkedin, the connector will try to display them on the sidebar as well click to open on those sites
