View Sender on CRM

if the sender is a contact or lead on crm, you can directly access that record from your mailbox open an email in your outlook inbox if the email address of the sender is found on your crm, some information is displayed on the sidebar related items or records such as activities will be displayed click open lead or open contact to view more details on the sidebar click open in fullscreen to open the contact/lead record on your crm you will be asked to log in to your crm, if not already social insights under social insights , the connector will display links of the sender's social media accounts, such as linkedin or facebook you can configure which social media platforms are shown or excluded (e g only search linkedin) to set this up, contact support at support\@unaric com mailto\ support\@unaric com
