to be able to sync emails, calendar and contacts, you need to be able to connect sync app to your crm first each user has to set up the connection to crm with their credentials open an email or calendar event and open the unaric sidebar connector click the menu icon and select auto sync the automatic sync page will open in a browser tab select the connections tab on top click the connect to \<crm> button the login page of your crm will open provide details and login a connected connected sign will let you know if you are successfully connected to your crm some crm systems, such as salesforce, require providing a custom url if so, select the custom url checkbox (if shown) and enter your custom url if you are unsure, leave it blank and continue
