Blind Transfer
- During a call, click the Blind Transfer button.
- Find the number you want to transfer the call to.
- For internal transfer, use the search field to find the internal number (by name/Teams ID).
Directory search requires at least 3 characters to return results.
- For PSTN or external transfer, click the Keypad button and type the number.
- Click Call. The call will be disconnected from you and transferred to the chosen number.
