AI tools
You can use the AI to draft email responses directly within Outlook. You will find it in Unaric Sidebar under Tools. The default LLM provider is ChatGPT. However, if you use the Salesforce connector and have a Salesforce Einstein AI license, this will be the default AI.
In case you want to disable Salesforce Einstein AI, contact support at [email protected].
CRM tools
Select your CRM in the Tools section to interact with it from your inbox.
