this release includes features that improve generating, reusing, and printing barcode based content across your salesforce workflows what's new save barcodes as png attachments you can now save generated 1d and 2d codes as png images , automatically attached to the related record these images can be reused in email templates for personalized communications apex code and automations any area where you need a downloadable barcode or qr code to enable this feature, edit the lightning page in the app builder and check the new option images are saved using a clear black and white format to ensure compatibility with various backgrounds, especially in email file names follow a predictable format for easy reuse print barcodes we've introduced the ability to print barcode labels on standard avery label sheets —perfect for assets, contacts, and more you can print selected records from list views or related lists generate qr or barcodes along with record details like names or addresses save to pdf or print directly from your browser this feature is available on the contacts and assets tabs by default you can customize the layout or add label printing to other objects if needed
