Time Spent on Page
You can track time spent on a page using the Position Detector.
This is a paid feature, available as part of the Unaric Guide Starter Package, starting with Unaric Guide v1.55.
How it works
The Help Interaction object has two fields (Departure Date and Time at Context (in seconds)) which record how long a user stays at a specific context or page. Logging occurs in sync with context interaction tracking (e.g. on URL changes).
Setup
- The Navigation Checking Interval must be set to a value other than blank or zero.
- This feature only applies when using the Position Detector in Help Cue mode with the Navigation Checking Interval enabled.
