In-Page Statistics

in page statistics give you quick access to usage data directly on lightning pages this feature is available to users with the help author , help analyst , or help administrator permission sets metrics related to help topic views and sentiment votes are only available in unaric guide pro (improved help) open the quick access menu and select statistics to enter analyse mode each help enabled field will now display a statistics icon next to it click the statistics icon next to any field to open the usage panel the panel will show how many times the help topic has been viewed interaction data for each picklist option (if applicable) a breakdown of sentiment votes (if enabled)
