Overview
Unaric Voice for Teams Sync integrates Microsoft Teams with Salesforce to automatically synchronize call activity. Every call (whether inbound, outbound, or missed) is captured in Salesforce as a Task or Voice Call record, even if the agent is logged out or Salesforce is closed.
