View Sender on CRM

if the sender is a contact or lead on crm, you can directly access that record from your mailbox on gmail, select an email to open if the email address of the sender is found on your crm, some information is displayed on the sidebar click open in contact to view more details on the sidebar click open in crm to open the contact/lead record on your crm if the sender has accounts on social media or other digital platforms such as facebook or linkedin, the connector will try to display them on the sidebar as well click to open on those sites
