Link Email to Other CRM Records

an email can also be added to all other objects on the crm besides contacts and leads the email does not have to be associated to a contact or leads to be able to link to other objects on gmail, open an email open the unaric sidebar panel the connector will check if sender is a contact or lead on yout crm if it is, then the details of the contact/lead will be displayed on the panel if not, you can add it to contacts or leads, if desired if email is found on crm, then status is displayed as email added to click the link button next to link email to other crm records? use the select a module dropdown box to select from the list of modules available from the crm alternatively, enter the object's main field (such as opportunity name) on the search bar and click search button to search it select the record if found you may also filter the list by toggling to "show my only" some modules, like opportunities, have a filter by status the email connector add on panel refreshes and the object selected is displayed at the bottom
