Add Salesforce Report
you can create salesforce reports directly from unaric reports your existing salesforce reports are automatically picked up by unaric reports and available within its reports page it is not required to manually replicate, synchronize, or import them to appear on the app unaric reports launches the salesforce classic interface for creating reports if you prefer using lightning experience for creation, do so from salesforce for detailed information on building reports, see https //help salesforce com/s/articleview?id=sf reports builder editing htm\&type=5 open the report builder navigate to reports click the add button ( icon) and select add salesforce report you will be redirected to salesforce classic report builder select report type you can hide report types by marking the select report types to hide checkbox and clicking on them for more information on report types, see https //help salesforce com/s/articleview?id=sf reports builder selecting a report type htm\&type=5 click create to continue add fields add filters from the left list by dragging a few fields from the fields pane into the preview pane 1 adding groups drag and drop drop a field onto a drop zone (if invisible, go to show | drop zones ) column menu click a field’s column menu and select group by this field date grouping for date fields, use the group menu’s group dates by option to set the timeframe (e g , day, week, month) 2 grouping limits by format report format grouping limit summary & joined up to 3 grouping levels matrix up to 2 row and 2 column groupings (cannot use the same field for both) joined (cross block) use common fields to group across all blocks 3 managing groups reorder drag the group to a new position or use move group in the menu remove group (keep field) drag the group back to the column bar remove completely select remove group from the menu, or drag the field back to the fields pane save & run after completing the report configuration, click save provide a report name , report unique name (for api usage) and report description (optional) you can also specify in which folder save the report click save to save the report and go to the salesforce reports home page click save & return to report to save it and run it; you will be redirected yo to the report's object page in salesforce's analytics tab save the report before running it otherwise, report information might be lost
