Set Up in A Cloned Sandbox
when you create a sandbox from a live production org, salesforce copies metadata, including your live unaric payments configuration this means your sandbox might inadvertently point to your production unaric payments account, which is highly undesirable for testing this tutorial will guide you through the necessary adjustments to connect your sandbox to a test unaric payments account to prevent conflicts with your production data and enable proper testing, follow these steps after refreshing your sandbox or creating a new one cloned from production log in to your salesforce sandbox environment as an administrator go to setup and search for custom settings in the quick find box locate unaric payments settings in the list of custom settings click manage and then edit clear or update the customer id for a fresh start if you're setting up unaric payments in this sandbox for the first time or want a completely new test account, remove the content of the "customer id" field to reuse an existing test account if you have an existing unaric payments test account you wish to use in this sandbox, enter the configuration id of that test account in the "customer id" field ensure the is running live checkbox is unchecked to prevent your sandbox from interacting with your production unaric payments environment set the server url field to test protectedpayments net this points your sandbox to the unaric payments testing server click save
