Onboarding stages
This section provides an overview of the typical onboarding stages, from initial planning to going live.
The integration of Payments into your business processes and user journey in Salesforce is typically carried out by a Salesforce or Certinia consultant or your in-house technical team. Reach out to [email protected] and let us know of your requirements.
Depending on your licence and requirements, there might be different features to set up.
Supported Salesforce interface versions
Unaric Payments is available in Salesforce Lightning and Classic versions with identical functionality. However, for the initial setup, Payments has to be set on Lightning.
In terms of UI, both versions share the same groups of tabs. The buttons that appear as lightning-quick actions in the lightning experience will appear as standard Salesforce buttons in Salesforce Classic. Additionally, in Lightning mode, you can enable paths on Unaric Payments' objects to activate a visual display of the payment or authorisation status.
