Production Installation
prerequisites my domain activate my domain in salesforce lightning for using customized domain names in sandbox environments see my domain admin permissions while non administrator users can install the package, payments setup must be done by a user with administrator permissions to grant permissions go to setup > permission sets select the asperato full admin or asperato outbound full administrator permissions sets for inbound or outbound payments respectively click manage assignments click add assignment, select your user and click next the user license must allow custom permissions choose an expiration date for the permissions or set no expiration date click assign to finish 1\ installation install the payments package from the https //appexchange salesforce com/appxlistingdetail?listingid=a0n3a00000ecronuaj installation usually only takes a few minutes you will receive email confirmation from salesforce once the process has been completed 2\ deployment after installing the package, notify your customer success manager when you have installed the package into your live salesforce org the payments team will set you up with a live customer id at this point for go live deployments, the payments team requires a minimum of one week's notice, with two weeks preferred go live deployments cannot be scheduled on fridays, saturdays, or sundays to this end, you will need to grant the payments technical team access to your live salesforce org as follows at the top of any page in your org, click your avatar, select settings navigate to my personal information > grant account login access set the access duration for payonomy ltd t/a asperato support to 1 month click save click setup navigate to my personal information > grant login access set the access duration for payonomy ltd t/a asperato support to 1 month click save 3\ connect once the payments team has updated the background payments configuration, open the app launcher and select the asperato one app visit the asperato setup tab you should see a message indicating that the salesforce connection is not working click the connect salesforce button to enable the salesforce connection for payments this will ask you to log in again to confirm the user connection, and you will then be presented with an allow access screen to which you should respond allow you will then end up back at the asperato setup screen, which should look something like this image the configuration/customer id displayed on the setup screen represents your live connection with payments
