Improvements
Unaric Voice for Teams (Open CTI)
You can now search for and call Microsoft 365 / internal Teams users by name, as well as Salesforce Contacts, Leads, Accounts, and Users via the Voice for Teams dialler.
Call Center xml v1.4 required, as well as package version 1.8.
Ring Back Tone Insertion for Outbound Calls
Unaric Voice for Teams will now insert a melody for outbound calls, when a RBT (ring back tone) is not provided by the carrier.
Call Failure Messages
Previously, when calling an incorrect or busy number, the call would end with no feedback. Voice for Teams will now notify the Salesforce agent that they have either called an incorrect or busy number.
Unaric Voice for Teams (Salesforce Voice)
Multi-Tenant Support
Unaric Voice for Teams (Salesforce Voice) now supports multiple Teams tenants connected to the same Salesforce org. This option is configurable via the Unaric Voice Admin Portal.
Salesforce Voice and Open CTI Simultaneous Support
We now support both Unaric Voice for Teams Open CTI and Voice for Teams Salesforce Voice in the same Salesforce org, making testing and migrations easier than ever!
Unaric Sync
Granular Sync
Granular Sync options now available via the admin portal, including the below:
- Queue Management: Select which queues you would like to sync calls for (you can now link and unlink individual queues)
- Sync Logging Improvement: CLI lookup object selection, object priority, and missed call owner. Set a missed call owner on a queue-by-queue basis. For inbound calls, select which object to associate the call task against (Contact, Lead, or Account).
