Remote Assistance
for remote assistance, you will be required to grant unaric payments support login access to your salesforce org this access is time limited and can be revoked once the issue is solved grant access to support remote access duration must be set for a minimum of one month shorter time frames will prevent support from providing remote assistance and handle the issue after the issue has been solved, you can revoke access from the same page at the top of any page in your org, click your user avatar select settings click grant account login access set the access duration for unaric support access for technical escalations must be set for a minimum of one month click save follow one of these two paths for finding the grant login access feature click setup > my personal information > grant login access click your name > my settings > personal > grant account login access set the access duration for unaric support access for technical escalations must be set for a minimum of one month click save confirm access to support after granting login access, confirm to support that you have granted access, for how long, and the salesforce id of the org in which the access has been granted to see your org id in salesforce, navigate to setup > company settings > company information the org id will be visible in the salesforce com organization id field if you are having issues granting remote access, reach out to mailto\ payment support\@unaric com with details of your issue
