Raw PSP Response Messages
unaric payments provides access to the raw response messages from connected payment service providers (psps) these include more detailed information about the outcome of payments, authorisations, and refunds how it works these raw messages offer granular details about the transaction processing they can be particularly helpful for troubleshooting and understanding edge cases however, they are not intended to replace unaric payments' standardized error codes and responses, which provide a consistent and simplified view of transaction results the raw psp messages serve as a supplemental source of information enable raw psp response messages to view the raw psp response messages, you must add the corresponding field to the appropriate page layouts in salesforce follow these steps for each object in salesforce, go to setup > object manager locate and select the object ( unaric payment , unaric payments authorisation , or unaric payments refund ) in the left hand navigation menu, click page layouts select the page layout you want to modify (e g , the default payment layout) in the layout editor, drag the raw error message from psp field from the palette onto the desired section of the layout save to finish
