Connect your PSP
If there's an existing connection for the currency and mode that you wish to connect to, you will need to delete it before connecting another.
- Navigate to the Unaric Payments Setup tab.
- In the Payment Service Provider (PSP) Connections panel, select the merchant group of the PSP or create a new one. See Merchant Groups.
- Click the New PSP connection button.
- A pop-up window will ask you to select payment direction, currency, mode, and PSP. Optionally, you can add a description. Select if you want to use custom or Unaric Payments gateway details. If you choose Custom, you must provide the credentials required for the PSP you have selected. You will need to obtain these from your PSP.
- Click Create PSP connection to finish. A green tick next to the newly added connection will let you know if it was successful.
When processing a payment or authorisation, Unaric Payments attempts to find a PSP connection that matches the transaction's payment method, Merchant Group, and currency. If no matching PSP connection is available, some payment methods may be unavailable on the paypage and a warning message may be displayed.
