Shareable Links

You can create links to share your org charts without requiring you to register on the site. Shareable links are only for viewing and do not grant any editing capabilities.

Each org chart can only have one shareable link at a time.

Create sharable link

  1. Go to Settings > Sharable link.
  2. Click Create Link.

  3. You can limit access with this link by only allowing specific domains or IP addresses. You can also select which custom fields to show.

  4. After setting up the link configuration, click Save to finish.


Delete sharable link

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

  1. Go to Settings > Sharable link.
  2. Click the Delete link button.
