Create new employee

  1. Locate the desired node (e.g., "Happy Company" or a specific individual such as "Conor Wallace, CEO").
  2. Hover over the top-right corner of the node and click the node menu button (indicated by three dots).
  3. Click Add employee.
  4. Add employee details. These are separated into four tabs:
    1. About: Personal and job information, such as first and last name (required), Job title, Employee type, Employee ID, and Custom Fields. (Complete this field to), contacts, and location. First and last names are required.
    2. Connections: Assign the employee to an existing supervisor or department. You can also add them to your Connection Fields.
    3. Contacts: Email address and alias, social media accounts, and phone number.
    4. Location: Location information. Includes Cost center, Area, Building ID, Floor and section, and Desk code.
  5. Click Save to finish.

Create new department

  1. Locate the desired node (e.g., "Happy Company" or a specific individual such as "Conor Wallace, CEO"). Departments must have a supervisor.
  2. Hover over the top-right corner of the node and click the node menu button (indicated by three dots).
  3. Click Add Department.
  4. Enter a name (required), description, and color for the department.
  5. Click Save to finish.

Customize department

You can customize the department's color by selecting a department and clicking the Pencil icon (Edit department option). You'll see an option to choose between 10 default colors.
