Embedded Help Setup
to finish setting up embedded help, you need to allocate licenses add the auto form component enable the help enable mode in the required pages enable the quick access menu (qam) allocate licences unaric guide is installed with named user licensing when deploying to a production org, licences need to be allocated to all users —both recipients and notice publishers— using the manage licences feature found within the salesforce org setup search for installed packages in salesforce, navigate to setup > installed packages find the unaric guide (formerly improved help) package and click manage licences select the users to grant licences add the auto form component you need to be a salesforce system administrator to perform these steps you need to add the auto form component to any record detail page where you want embedded help and interactive guides open the lightning app builder for the object’s record page navigate to the details tab (or the section where you'd like the help features to appear) replace or supplement the standard salesforce record details component with the improved help auto form component from the managed package save and activate the page enable help enable mode once the auto form is available on a page navigate to the page with the auto form component locate the auto form component on the page click the help enable option within the component the page will switch to help enable mode enable the qam in all pages for more information on this feature, see quick access menu (qam) docid\ rr6yfdkj10yclwk34e1ea go to setup and enter app builder in the quick find box select lightning app builder choose the app page or record page where you want to add the qam (e g , opportunity record page ) click edit on the desired page in the lightning components panel, search for improved help quick access menu drag and drop the component into a section (e g , right sidebar or header ) example placing the qam in the sidebar click save and activate to publish changes
