with unaric availability & contact info (aci) , you can look up the office 365 email address of a contact or lead see their microsoft teams presence (e g available , busy ) this works if the contact's or lead's company uses microsoft 365 however, you don't need a microsoft 365 account yourself the contact or lead must be part of a microsoft 365 organisation and their organisation must not block presence lookups
