unaric voice integrates with salesforce sales engagement (formerly high velocity sales) by using call results to determine how prospects move through engagement cadences sales engagement is only available for outbound calls how it works when an outbound call is made via unaric voice, selecting a call result during the call triggers the appropriate branching logic in your sales engagement cadence, guiding prospects through personalized follow up actions based on the outcome of the call the call result must be selected during the call for sales engagement to apply the correct logic if the call ends and no call result is selected, the cadence continues on the "no" path (default) updating the call result after the call ends will not influence the sales engagement flow—although the value is still saved in the call activity record it is recommended to establish a default call result in your unaric voice configuration to ensure cadences don’t stall or default unintentionally
