unaric voice provides multiple options to make calls depending on the application you are using dial within salesforce for outgoing calls, you cannot dial from the list view; only from the detail contact or account record you can make calls from salesforce the outgoing call is signaled in unaric voice make a call using click to dial all phone numbers will have a green phone icon to make a call directly from the phone field of a contact, lead, activity, or account locate the number that you want to dial in a contact, lead, activity, or account click the button to the right of the number the number is automatically dialed in the first open cti data connector softphone line a number that has already been clicked cannot be clicked again for five seconds the button does not appear next to fax numbers use the unaric voice softphone to dial you can type a phone number directly into unaric voice the outgoing call will be signaled in unaric voice in the unaric voice softphone, click the dial pad icon this will open the dial pad use the dial pad to enter the phone number that you want to dial you can click the number buttons on the dial pad or by type them on your keyboard click on the dial icon a search is performed using the phone number if a direct match is found, the address is displayed dial from a campaign to dial from a campaign, you need to add the campaign member list to the campaign page layout to dial from a campaign, you need to add the campaign member list to the campaign page layout then, click on the first or last name to access the campaign member details the lead or contact name, as well as the campaign name, is automatically added to the call dial with a hotkey this function is only available when cti data connector tapi link is used you can highlight a phone number in nearly any application and dial it using the hotkey defined in configure hotkeys the default hotkey is the f10 key highlight the phone number within your web browser by pressing and holding the left mouse button, then dragging the mouse cursor across the number release the left mouse button when you reach the end of the phone number, then press f10 the image below shows an example of a highlighted phone number that can be dialed using the defined hotkey dial from telephone you can dial directly from your telephone set unaric voice will automatically recognize this dial, displaying the address with the contact person you are calling within either the desktop notification window or the caller information box select outgoing phone line if configured, a picklist allows you to change phone lines to display different phone numbers for outgoing calls
