unaric voice offers multiple ways to notify users of missed calls , helping ensure no customer inquiry goes unnoticed these notifications can appear in the interface, in the call log, or even via email—depending on your configuration missed call tracking does not function properly if you're part of a ring group where calls are broadcast to all members simultaneously in this setup, each member who doesn't answer may receive a missed call notification—even if another member answers notifications utility bar notification a missed call icon appears in the salesforce utility bar clicking the icon reveals missed calls in the softphone or call history panel call history list missed calls appear as red entries in the call history list clicking an entry allows users to return the call or review call details call activity record if configured, unaric voice creates a call activity with the call result set to missed call this is saved automatically in salesforce and appears in the related contact, lead, or account timeline e mail notification optionally, an email alert can be sent to the contact owner or account owner when a call is missed this helps ensure follow up even if the user is not actively working in salesforce
