Caller ID & Display

you can display the caller’s name in the ms teams call window for inbound and outbound calls (both direct extension and queue calls) once the call is connected if the phone number is recognized, the name will also appear in the call history instead of the phone number enable caller id & display you have two options for enabling this feature add the name and phone number as an outlook contact , or import contacts from salesforce into your outlook contact folder to always show names to do this setup, see contacts and einstein activity capture if you don’t use einstein activity capture and only want to sync contacts, configure salesforce to sync only the user’s own contacts with microsoft 365
