you can change any prospect user from free (lite) to pro , or pro to free (lite), at any time, as well as add users you can do so from the prospect extension billing section this requires you to have installed the prospect chrome extension https //chrome google com/webstore/detail/salesforce linkedin integ/efofnpgckiolloafapilchaapccpjpin , connected to salesforce, and that you have modify all data in your salesforce profile navigate to the billing tab via the chrome extension find the user you can use the search functionality then click the edit button on the user change their license and click the save button to finish only users who have installed and connected recruiterbolt to salesforce have a working edit button if they haven't installed and connected, the edit button will show a message that the user has to install and connect first to do so, ask your user to install the recruiterbolt chrome extension and connect to salesforce they will immediately be given a lite (free) license then when you go to the billing page, that user will have an edit button, and you can convert them from free to paid purchase additional prospect pro licenses if you don't have enough licenses, you won't be able to add more users past your limit you can choose one or both of these options purchase more licenses through recruiterbolt make some of your pro users lite (free) users and assign the now available license(s) to another user(s) you can see the total extension licenses purchased in the recruiterbolt billing tab (see below) cancelling your subscription we're very sorry to see you go! please consider filing a support case https //salesbolt freshdesk com/support/tickets/new with us and seeing if we can help in any way cancelling from the chrome extension this requires you to be a salesforce admin or have "modify all data" enabled in your salesforce profile from the extension, navigate to the billing tab, using the gear to get to recruiterbolt settings then click the button "cancel subscription" this will take you to the stripe billing portal click the cancel plan button cancelling without the chrome extension if you have uninstalled the chrome extension or your salesforce user/org is inactive, there is no self service way to cancel please fill in a support ticket updating your credit card details recruiterbolt extension from the recruiterbolt extension this requires you to be a salesforce admin or have "modify all data" enabled in your salesforce profile from the extension, navigate to the billing tab via the chrome extension click the update payment info button this will take you to the stripe billing portal you will see a link add payment method or to remove your current payment method download pdf invoices from recruiterbolt please note for security, this requires you to be a salesforce admin, or have "modify all data" enabled in your salesforce profile from the extension, navigate to the billing tab, using the gear to get to recruiterbolt settings click the download past invoices button 3 scroll down the page to invoice history, and click the little box arrow to download the pdf invoice
