asperato salesforce in app help and guidance for key objects (payment, authorisation, refund, and payment schedule) this provides contextual information about objects, fields, and best practices directly within salesforce how it works contextual prompts various prompts are available and displayed to users based on their assigned permission sets controlled frequency each prompt is displayed to users for a specific duration or frequency admin customization system administrators can adjust the prompt display timings to align with user training needs by default, prompts are set to appear once a day for five days after the initial asperato one installation, but this can be configured to meet individual business requirements setup on salesforce, navitage to setup > user engagement > in app guidance click settings checkbox salesforce standard in app guidance and click save the asperato prompts will be displayed once per day for five days following installation to ensure users see updated prompt content (even if they previously dismissed or completed a prompt), system administrators can reset the metrics for individual prompts this allows users to view the updated information if you need additional help, see analytics for in app guidance
