The CTI Data Connector for Salesforce® license is **per user** and can be managed within Salesforce (within *App Setup* select ***Installed Packages*** and then click on **Manage Licenses)**

•**Allowed Licenses** are the number of license your company has acquired

•**Used Licenses** are the number of licenses assigned to users

•**Expiration Date** - date when the subscription expires

•**Status** - *Trial* = evaluation version, *Active* = active subscription
