After installation of a new version of the CTI Data Connector SoftPhone application (AppExchange-package), you **must** run the update procedure. Click on the button: ***Start Update***. The update procedure adds new values or page layout information. It can be run multiple times.

If you get the error below, disable **Clickjack protection** while installing the update. After update installation you can enable it again.
