Use the following checklist for troubleshooting.

## Microphone

The wrong microphone is used or the microphone is not working.

Open Chrome **preferences , **select **Privacy and Security / Site Settings / Microphone**

•Change your Microphone in the list box

•Check that all Salesforce URLs are allowed and not blocked
