The presence state logic for queues depends, if presence-based routing is enabled in the queue.

## Presence-Based routing On

This is the **recommended setting.**

Calls will only be signaled if the user is

•Available

•Available - Out of office

## Presence-Based routing Off

Calls will be signaled if the user is in one of the following presence states

•Available

•BeRightBack

•Busy

•Busy - Out of Office

•Available - Out of Office

•Offline

•Away

•Out Of Office
