This configuration allows changing phone lines to display different phone numbers for outgoing calls. The phone system needs to support that by sending a **code in front of the phone number**.

If Line Company A is selected the code \*01 is added in front of the phone number, e.g. **\*01**646.257.3801

The line selection appears in the CTI Data Connector SoftPhone.
