Depending on the configuration (Authentication Type), two different screens could appear.

After you log into Salesforce, the CTI Data Connector SoftPhone needs an additional sign in for CC4ALL.

**Sign in with Microsoft Account**

Then a new Browser TAB is opened and you need to specify the your Microsoft user name and password.

**Sign in with User Name and Password**

Click on the gear icon to get the option to sign in with user name and password.
