This list includes up to **100 calls** where mandatory call information like call-result or phone note is missing. The feature is deactivated by default and needs to be activated via [App Launcher - Configuration](docId\:O5CpDaVk3w-6BA7gxoP7x)[.](https://helpserver.biz/onlinehelp/cdc/sf/5.0/help2000/add-tab---incomplete-calls.html)

•Click on **Save** to edit the call details and add a note or select a call result

•If the list is larger you can navigate with *Next* and *Previous*

•You can delete all entries by clicking on the delete icon
