CTI Data Connector for Salesforce® can **directly connect **(**without TAPI**) via the* GoConnect Server *to the PBX*. *This server integrates with a lot of phone systems - [list of supported phone systems](https://mondago.com/mirage-customer/index.php).

Using the GoConnect server make especially sense when

•More than 10 users

•You **do not want to install a local component** (TAPI driver and CTI Data Connector - TAPI Link)

•The PBX vendor does not offer a TAPI driver

•The TAPI driver does not support 64bit

•The TAPI driver does not support Citrix / Terminal server

•The TAPI driver is expensive

•You want to use CTI Data Connector for Salesforce® with MAC OS X
