Select the Call Center Setup: **Go Integrator - Call Center Setup**

There are three important settings:

•Mirage Cloud Service URL: You can select the data center you want to use, but the link must end with **gointegrator10**

•Use Own Login ID: Must be unchecked

•Call Center - Dial via API: must be: GoIntegrator

The only required option is to enable the API.

Now you can add users to the Call Center.
