## Call duration in minutes

The default call duration (time while **call is active **after answering the call) is displayed in seconds. With a custom formula field you can display it in [minutes](https://helpserver.biz/onlinehelp/cdc/sf/5.0/help2000/call_duration_in_minutes.html).
