The setup with the old (legacy) call center adapter is explained here. **The adapter is no longer supported.** All newer configuration options will only be available in the [Extended Call Center Configuration](docId\:be1ZPI6ic_8GDxMFwcUuh).

for all instances (including Sandbox

### <u>Mirage Cloud Service URL</u>

The Mirage Cloud Service URL determines the data center. You should reconfigure the default settings.

Do not change any configuration but the Mirage Cloud Service URL should be changed.
