The Power Dialer is a great tool to automate and organise calls.

It is ideal for

•**Call Centers** by using **group call campaigns**

•**Sales or administration **by using **personal call campaigns**

This allows calls to be scheduled **without** Salesforce tasks / activities. Call Centers can dial automatically with group lists.
