## System Requirements

•3CX installation on a Linux or Windows Server

•Permission to install a service an the 3CX server. This is not available with hosting by 3CX but with on-premise or own-hosting

•3CX Server version V18

•VoIPTools Service for Mirage 

•The server requires access to **https\://\*.miragecloud.com and&#x20;**<u>**[https://miragecloud1.com](https://miragecloud1.com/)**</u>**&#x20;using port 443 with SSL**

•**Port 8800 and 8801&#x20;**&#x69;s required to communicate with the *VoIPTools 3CX Service for Mirage&#x20;*(in- and outbound traffic)

The VoIPTools Service is licensed with the same usage like 3CX **simultaneous calls**.
