Select the Call Center Configuration - 3CX Call Center - this will automatically add all required default values for 3CX.

## 3CX with MS Teams App

If 3CX is used with MS Teams APP (instead of 3CX SoftPhone), then a separate call center must be created for the users with MS Teams and the cloud service URL must be changed.

## VoipTools Server Installation

The VoipTools server installation needs to be done by Mirage.

## Configure Dial via API

Check: Active

The API URL is the domain of your 3CX server + **:8801/api**

## Add extension number per user

The 3cx extension number must be added in the **user record** to get a match between Salesforce user and 3CX extension. Add the number in the field **extension.**
