Unaric Voice for Teams records call activity in Salesforce. Each call is stored as a **phone task record**, which includes call details such as the caller, duration, and notes.

You can review recent calls directly in Unaric Voice for Teams. The **Recent** tab shows the most recent calls.

The list displays your most recent calls. Selecting a call opens the related Salesforce record. You can also use the phone icon :FontAwesome[]{icon="fa-solid fa-phone"} to call the number and the pencil icon :FontAwesome[]{icon="fa-solid fa-pencil"} to edit the **phone task** record.

Call activity is also stored in Salesforce and can be viewed from related records such as contacts. This allows you to review previous calls with the same contact.

1. Open a **Contact**, **Lead**, or other called record.
2. Locate the **Activity** tab.
3. Select the relevant **phone task record**.
