This documentation corresponds to the legacy version of Unaric Voice for Teams. The documentation for the current version is located at [Unaric Voice for Teams](https://docs.unaric.com/unaric-voice-for-ms-teams).
:::

You can display the caller’s name in the MS Teams call window for **inbound and outbound calls** (both direct extension and queue calls) once the call is connected.

If the phone number is recognized, the name will also appear in the **Call History** instead of the phone number.

## Enable caller ID & display

You have two options for enabling this feature:

- Add the name and phone number as an **Outlook contact**, or
- **Import contacts from Salesforce** into your Outlook contact folder to always show names. To do this setup, see [Contacts and Einstein Activity Capture](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sales.aac_contact_sync_parent.htm\&type=5).

If you don’t use **Einstein Activity Capture** and only want to sync contacts, configure Salesforce to sync only the user’s own contacts with **Microsoft 365**.
