**Unaric Voice for Teams Sync** integrates Microsoft Teams with Salesforce to automatically synchronize call activity. Every call (whether *inbound*, *outbound*, or *missed*) is captured in Salesforce as a **Task **or **Voice Call** record, even if the agent is logged out or Salesforce is closed.

## Key features

- **Independent synchronization:** Unlike traditional CTI tools, Unaric Voice for Teams Sync is fully backend-driven. You do not require a browser to be open or an agent to be logged into Salesforce to record call data.
- **Automated logging:** Capture call details such as caller and callee numbers, start and end times, duration, and participants.
- **User mapping:** Automatically match Microsoft Teams users to their corresponding Salesforce user profiles to assign call tasks correctly.
